Common CVC ending printed onto the image of a road, with a grid below for real/nonsense words. Our suggestion is make copies of these pages, and laminate them. Then allow students to use dry erase markers to write different consonants, digraphs, and blends as the initial sound and determine whether the word is a real word or nonsense word, and sort accordingly. For added fun, give the students a toy car and have them sound out the letters as they drive across them to practice blending sounds together!
