Sachuest Point- 1-2.5 miles

Sachuest Point is a great place if you want a fun and convenient trip. Located in Middletown Rhode Island, the Sachuest Point Adventucation trip can be paired with science standards of habitats (3rd grade), rock identification (3rd grade), ecosystems (4th grade). This hike is short and on mild terrain, but is very scenic! It is a great hike to observe and discuss local flora and fauna as well as the importance of conservation!



Sakkonet Greenway Trail-  0-10 miles

Sakkonet Greenway Trail is a trip for major adventurers. This 10 mile trail is the largest contiguous nature trail on Aquidneck island. With this trail, we can discuss the various habitats that we will encounter en route. We can discuss ecosystems (4th grade), and erosion/weathering (3rd and 5th grade).
